These Terms of Use define the conditions for using the MJRP.STORE service (hereinafter — the "Service"). By using the Service, you fully agree to these terms.

Using the functionality of the Service requires authorization (via Discord, Samoid, or another available method). By using the Service, you agree to:

• Be responsible for all actions performed under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Purpose of the Service

The Service does not buy or sell game accounts and does not conduct transactions. It is intended solely for obtaining access to an order previously paid for on the FunPay platform. Payment and purchase processing take place on FunPay's side — after that you receive access to the order through the Service.

• Use the Service only to receive an item paid for on FunPay
• Comply with the rules of gaming platforms and not violate their terms of use
• Be responsible for the safekeeping of the received data

4. Prohibited Actions

When using the Service, it is prohibited to:

• Use the Service for fraudulent purposes
• Use the Service for illegal activity
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Distribute malicious software
• Take actions aimed at disrupting the operation of the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service without our permission

5. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for:

• The quality and accuracy of data of received accounts
• The actions of the FunPay platform and other third-party services
• Losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service
• The actions of third parties

6. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
